I'm Abbey Hengst — and I believe every person, every moment, and every environment has a story worth telling.
From a young age, I have always been involved in sports. Being an athlete has played a tremendous role in shaping me into the individual I am today. I knew that regardless of which route I would take in my future, athletics would always be my "home." The deep connection that I have with sports paved the way for me to become involved in creative content. Being able to capture other athletes' most memorable and emotional experiences meant a lot to me because of the gratitude I have for past content producers who have kept those memories for me as well.
